THE POWER OF 3S – For an equilibrium state of body and mind


An important part of every calibrated movement/workout is acknowledging the power of silence and intention while living our lives with an attitude of gratitude.

Additionally, Silence develops will power, strengthens our resolve, gives peace of mind, and helps to control anger, and irritability. It is also useful for physical and mental healing. It brings serenity, calmness, and leads to inner spiritual strength while orienting the mind and making the spirit buoyant.

Sukhasana (orienting):

Every time one does a workout begin with sitting in sukhasana (orienting) and be in a mental state of intention for taking the workout in the form of a positive affirmation. Mentally restate at the end of the workout during relaxation. In this manner, the intention takes root in the subconscious and overtime starts unveiling itself in material form.

Shavasana (corpse pose):

Shavasana (corpse pose) and with a sense of sincere gratitude towards the creative phenomena in profound submission is a good way to end workouts.

When we reach an equilibrium state of body and mind, all the subatomic particles, germs and bacteria become stable and they are pushed out of the elimination stream through your normal movements of toxins like perspiration, breath out, bowel movements and bladder movements.

The Upanishads declare, “You are what your deepest desires are. As your desires are, so are your intentions. As your intentions are, so is your will. As your will is, so are your deeds. As your deeds are, so is your destiny.”
